Nice work... the light source seems muddled and vague though. Make sure you pay attention to that!

Shading is waxy; color is "compartmentalized" - each monochromatically shaded color confined to a separate area, with no interaction between them. Color in a picture must work as an integral system in harmony, a separate composition on its own; think of light and air, not of paint.

There are some mistakes with proportions here, I think: look at the arms, can you see?
