Description...
It was "The Festival of Light" here in Cluj, 8000 candles were lit in the Central Park.

Postprocessing:
adjusted contrast and colors with levels and curves, transformed the image to BW and added the original color layer as color on top.

This is a great image... I could suggest this and that, but under the conditions I respect you for coming up with anything at all... one simple thing, crop right hand side a little bit to remove the tiny part of the tree from creeping in. while it may frame the image on the right its not needed as there is no tree doing the same on the left..
Well done.. I would also like to see the image you started with, simple to see how talented you are..
Keep it up and look forward to the rest of the series..
